Personal Training in Redmond: What to Expect and How to Get Started

Most people who look for a personal trainer in Redmond are not chasing a six pack. They are tired of guessing. They want someone who knows what they are doing to build the plan, watch their form, and keep them moving forward. If that sounds like you, here is what coaching at Sasquatch Strength & Nutrition actually looks like.

What personal training at Sasquatch really is

This is not a trainer counting your reps and staring at a clipboard. You get a real program built for your goals, a coach who corrects your form and pushes you, and nutrition guidance so the work in the gym actually shows up on your body.

The idea is simple. You show up, follow the program, and you do not have to think about what to do next. The coaches handle the planning. You track your own numbers, and they guide you, correct you, and push you when you need it.

The five workout types

Your training is not the same session on repeat. We use five workout types so you build strength, endurance, skill, power, and conditioning in balance. Build is heavy compound lifting with progressive overload. Grind is higher rep muscular endurance. Skill focuses on technique and movement quality. Sprint is power and explosiveness. Move is cardio plus functional strength. You can see how they fit together in our workout types guide.

You only need three days a week

You do not have to train every day to get strong. Three focused sessions a week is enough for most people to see real change when the program is built right. That makes coaching realistic even with a full schedule. More on that in is three days a week really enough.

How we track progress

Guessing whether something is working is exhausting. With your membership, InBody scans are unlimited, so you can see exactly what is happening with muscle and fat instead of relying on the bathroom scale. If you are new to those numbers, here is how to read your InBody scan.

Where we are

Our Redmond gym is easy to reach, and we also have a location in Sammamish. If you are coming from Bellevue or Issaquah, both are a short drive from our Redmond or Sammamish gyms. Prefer to train at home or travel a lot? Remote coaching is available anywhere in the US.

How to get started

Getting started is a quick conversation, not a hard sell. We talk through your goals, where you are now, and what a realistic plan looks like for you. From there you pick the membership that fits, and your coach takes it from there.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be in shape before I start?
No. Coaches scale everything to your level and meet you where you are. The whole point is to build you up safely from wherever you start.

What is included with membership?
Depending on your tier, you get weekly or bi-weekly coaching, nutrition guidance, and unlimited InBody scans. Our top tiers also include supplements.

How is this different from a big box gym?
At a regular gym you are on your own. Here you get a coach who builds your plan, corrects your form, and keeps you accountable so you actually make progress.

Can I do this if I have a busy schedule?
Yes. Three sessions a week is enough to see results, and your coach builds the plan around your life, not the other way around.
