I needed a gym that would hold me accoutable so I can reach my goals yet be supportive, encouraging and a place I would feel comfortable going to and thats what I get at Sasquatch. The staff are great! Everyone is really supportive. I like the structure and how the program encourages everyone to interact with each other so we can all encourage each other. Its what I needed in a gym!

I first joined Sasquatch almost two years ago, after my sister convinced me to try one of their trial classes. At the time, I was struggling — I needed to lose weight, I was depressed, and I lacked confidence. I walked in nervous and unsure of myself but that first class changed everything.
Since then, I’ve lost weight, built real strength, and gained a sense of confidence I never thought possible. The coaches are the best —they are so knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your growth…they also make class fun. The community is something truly special.I think that’s what sets Sasquatch apart from other gyms. The people here lift each other up — inside and outside the gym. Ive made amazing friends who feel more like family.
What started as a fitness journey has become a full life transformation. I’ve noticed improvements in every area of my life — from my energy and mood to my time management and overall mindset.

Awesome gym! The coaching is great, the community is warm/inviting and the workouts themselves manage to be both effective and fun! Amazing results and great ppl is a winning combination! If you’re serious about your fitness journey (no matter if ur a total newbie wanting to get started or an experienced workout veteran that wants to truly maximize their fitness) then give Sasquatch a shot!

I cannot recommend Sasquatch Strength in Redmond enough! I’ve always had a hard time sticking to a workout routine and never found a class that actually made me look forward to going. Sasquatch has completely turned that around for me.

The community here is truly amazing. The coaches are super supportive and they really pay attention to where you’re at in your fitness journey, helping you with form and making sure you feel confident without any pressure. And the members are just as friendly and accepting. You instantly feel at home when you walk in!

The workouts are different each week, which keeps things fun and challenging, and the Sasquatch app is awesome for tracking progress or even doing workouts at home. The price is a little higher than some gyms, but it’s totally worth every single penny for the quality of coaching, programming, and the overall atmosphere that you get.

I’ve tried so many different classes and fitness programs before, but nothing has given me the sense of belonging that I feel at Sasquatch. Nothing has made me this excited to go to class every day. After only three months, I already feel stronger, I’m seeing results, and I’ve never felt better. If I could give Sasquatch Strength 10 stars, I absolutely would!

STEP 1 Book Your Free Consult

Come in for a gym tour and sit down with a coach. We talk through where you are and what you have tried. An InBody scan shows your actual muscle mass, body fat, and hydration. Most people have never seen this data. It changes the conversation.

Start training

STEP 2 Onboard and Start Training

After you join, we get you set up: app setup and your first coach-led session on the books. Workouts are unlimited for flexibility, but you only need 3 per week for results.

Follow your plan

STEP 3 Follow Your Plan

We build something that holds up in real life: work, travel, family, all of it. Not a program you follow for eight weeks and walk away from. These are skills that stay with you.
