Joining this gym over 6 months ago is one of the best decisions I made. I used to be inactive and had a tendency to get bored or lazy, but this gym made working out fun and enjoyable. Workouts can be adapted based on our individual skill level and with different workouts/movements every day, it never gets boring. I never felt out of place thanks to all the coaches and the community.

All the coaches are amazing and it was obvious from day one that they genuinely care about your progress - passionately teaching form and technique for each individual workout and always giving positive encouragement. This gym is 100% worth it! I have been active all my life and on travel soccer teams and even though I have had this past I have learned a lot at this gym. That’s why we’ve designed a program that gives real, regular people what they need: results that last, confidence, and peace of mind knowing their health is “taken care of” in one hour a day. We also know that our members’ lives don’t begin and end in the gym, so we help them get healthy in “the other 23” hours as well.
