You’ve Listened to Every Health Podcast and Still Can’t Lose the Weight

You run a team. Maybe you run the whole company. You have read the books, saved the clips, and listened to enough health podcasts to coach the people around you. You know about protein targets, zone 2, sleep, and why muscle matters more every year. And the weight is still there. Twenty, thirty, maybe forty pounds past the guy in your wedding photos.
That is a frustrating place to sit, because it does not match the rest of your life. Everywhere else, you figure it out. You put in the reps and the results show up. The body is the one project that has not moved.
You do not have an information problem
Most men in your spot assume they are missing one more fact. One better protocol, one more supplement, the right morning routine. So they keep collecting information and the stack of knowledge gets taller while the scale stays flat.
The honest read is that you already know enough. You could write the plan. What you do not have is the time, the structure, and the second set of eyes to run it week after week while you are also closing deals and getting kids to practice. That is a different problem, and it has a different fix. We wrote more about this in why you need a coach and a system, not more information.
The gap is a system, not willpower
Willpower is a terrible plan for a busy man. It works for about nine days, then a travel week or a sick kid wipes it out and you start over on Monday. A system does not care about your mood. It tells you exactly what to train, how heavy, and when, so you stop spending decision energy you do not have.
At Sasquatch, coaching is built around that. You are not handed a generic app and left alone. A coach builds the plan, corrects your form, and pushes you when you would have coasted. You track your own numbers so you can see the line going up, which is the part that keeps men coming back. Three sessions a week is enough to move it. You do not need to live in a gym.
What this looks like when you are busy and remote
The program runs fully remote, so it works whether you are home in the evenings or on the road half the month. Your training is built from five kinds of work: Build for heavy compound lifts, Grind for muscular endurance, Skill for technique, Sprint for power, and Move for cardio and functional strength. If you want the full breakdown, we laid it out in the five types of workouts at Sasquatch.
Nutrition and coaching come with the weekly tiers, and body composition gets tracked with InBody scans so progress is a number, not a guess. When the body starts changing, that becomes the proof. The lab work and the scans follow the training, not the other way around.
Your kids are watching
Here is the part that tends to land. Your kids are not going to remember your revenue. They are going to remember whether you could get off the floor without groaning, whether you had energy at the end of the day, whether you kept up on the hike. Getting strong again is not vanity at this stage. It is showing them what a strong, steady dad looks like, and buying yourself more good years with them.
You have built harder things than this. You just have not had the right structure around it yet.
Common questions
I already work out. Why would I need a coach?
Because training on your own is where most capable men plateau. A coach removes the guesswork, fixes the form holes you cannot see, and keeps the plan progressing so the effort you are already putting in actually pays off.
Is three days a week really enough?
Yes, when the three days are coached and progressive. More on that in is three days a week enough.
Does the remote program work if I travel a lot?
That is exactly who it is built for. The plan goes where you go, and your coach adjusts around travel instead of letting a trip reset your month.
What if I am starting from a bad place?
Then you are the normal client. The plan meets you where you are and builds from there. You do not need to get in shape before you start.
