Sasquatch Strength Sammamish is community-based classes meant to help you live a healthier, more confident life. Classes are offered all throughout the day and members are encouraged to BE THERE OFTEN! (Or we’ll call you.)

At Sasquatch Strength Sammamish, our classes are like having your own trainer but in a group setting. We realize that everyone coming through our doors has their own goals and ability levels, so we adjust movements as needed to make sure we meet those needs.


Our coaches have many years of experience in coaching, personal training, nutrition programs and performance. Most of all, they are welcoming and care about YOU as an individual, and your “why”.

Each class is led by a coach and we will walk you through all the movements as we go. Every day, we spend time with you one-on-one to teach you how to move safely, confidently, and correctly.

Group Fitness Class Structure In Sammamish

Regardless of your level, every class will be led by a coach through a purposeful series of stages of fitness and recovery:

Warm Up

A specialized, thorough warm-up to get you loose and get your body ready for the class ahead.

Skill & Strength Training

This might be anything from bodyweight movements like the squat, push up, pull-up to barbell work, rowing, dumb bell exercises or kettlebell swings. When you are new, we will always assist you with easier variations as necessary. This way, you are working the skill and still progressing to the next level – eventually, you will be able to do these movements.

The Workout

This might be any combination of gymnastics, running, rowing, riding, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, olympic weightlifting, and more. We mix them all up based on where we are in our program. Some workouts will be for time, some will be for quality only, some will be weight training. 

Cool-Down & Mobility/Stretching

At the end of the work out we will do some mobility exercises, stretching or working on our breathing. You’ll have a chance to put away your equipment, talk to your workout buddies and cool down from the workout.
