Absolutely – for any of our memberships that include nutrition, – results are guaranteed. You’ll need to honor your commitments & come to the gym 3x a week, make your nutrition check-ins and take the required supplements. If you do all that and don’t get the results we agreed on, we’ll train you for free until you do. We stand behind our product.
Classes typically run: 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, noon, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm. These vary slightly by location. As a member, you have access to all our gyms, and the workouts are the same at all locations, giving you ultimate flexibility. Plus, our classes have a maximum of 15 people, ensuring a personalized experience. We cap our membership at 400, so once you join, you'll always have a spot. And the best part? We know you’re busy so you don't need to schedule way ahead! If you decide to drop in after work, simply sign in before you arrive. If you're not a member yet and the gym is full, no worries! You can join our waitlist and we'll notify you as soon as a spot opens up. And remember, we allow drop-ins if you come with a current member.
We don't publish pricing online. We are so different, so committed to getting you results, and so effective that most people won't understand why we charge what we charge until they meet us. If you're used to paying $30 a month for a gym membership, our pricing list will be a bit of a shock 😮. When you come in for a wellness assessment, we’ll help you choose the option that best fits your needs. We put a lot of effort into giving you incredible value, so if you’re price shopping we probably aren’t the right fit for you.
