Deadlift (1-1-1-1 First Woking Set should be around 90% +/-)

If it feels good add weight ea. set until you find a 1RM for Today. If it feels not so good get 4 Reps done at or around 90% or “Heavy” whatever that means to you!

Warm-up (No Measure)

Warm Up for Maxing Out – The percentages are +/- and should give you a good feel for getting heavy!
