Barbell – Choose any Barbell Movement you want to work on.
Core – Plank Holds, Hollow Rocks, etc.
Monostructural – Assault Bike, Row, Run, Double Under.
Gymnastics Skill – Handstand Walk, Muscle Up, Pull Up, Toes to Bar, etc.
